1- Physical Control
The technicians check the condition of the packaging, then the product is aesthetically analyzed at our facility in the USA.
2- Acoustic diagnostics 🔊
Several points are checked to establish its general working order (check cabling, loudspeakers, amplifier for active products, etc.) and assessed for conformity with performance standards.
3- Repairing & Repacking 🔧
If the product requires technical intervention, defective parts are replaced and refurbished. The product is then reconditioned or repaired before undergoing quality control and repackaging in the original box.
