WHO ARE WE ?
TriangleHifi.us is the official United States based web-store for the French speaker manufacturer TRIANGLE. Our warehouse and office is located in upstate New York. Our sales & customer service team members are located in The United States.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship for FREE inside The United States. There is an additional charge for Hawaii, Alaska, and a few territories. Orders (except pallets) typically ship in two business days or less. All orders with the exception of some floorstanders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Typically UPS transit time is between one & seven business days. Pallets will take a few more days to arrange.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged please contact us ASAP and please provide pictures of the package BEFORE opening it and also pictures of the product damage.
TRIAL PERIOD
We offer a 14 day trial period. If you decide you want to return your order please contact us during this period. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance to get your order back to our warehouse. Once inspected you will receive a full refund. Refunds for some floorstanding speakers will be reduced by the cost to return the speakers to our warehouse on a pallet by insured freight.
NOTE : To receive a full refund you must return your speakers in the original packaging & original box. Accessories like remotes & power cables must also be included. Anything not returned in this condition will be rejected & returned to the customer at their expense.

We deliver everywhere in the world. We pack carefully your product and use premium logistics company to make sure you receive your product quickly in perfect conditions.
TRY AND LISTEN
To make sure you are always satisfied, we give you 30 days to listen and try our product at home. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, send it back to us and you get fully refund. (Details)

We answer your questions and gives you tips and advice to build the best sound system. Our team based in France at our Soissons workshop will share their expertise with you.
