Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All our orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, working days, directly from our Soissons warehouse.

To ensure that your parcel is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timescale we advertise, please ensure that your full address and contact details (e-mail, telephone number) are correctly entered and that they include all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if information is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE
Delivery in mainland France takes 2 to 8 days, depending on the product(s) ordered and the delivery region. Delivery in mainland France is FREE, for orders over €20. Two types of delivery:
Single-pack 

Small and medium-sized products are shipped as a single parcel via DPD or GLS. TRIANGLE has subscribed to a specific “DPD Predict” & “GLS Flex Delivery” contract, which allows you to choose the delivery day of your parcel. Point Relais delivery is also available. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. 

Chargeable options are also available on request: Chronopost 24H / 12H, Colissimo or DHL.

Palette 

Bulky products (column speakers, packs, multiple orders, etc.) are delivered by professional carriers (Geodis & Prevoté) and on pallets to guarantee optimum product safety.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from the carrier. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time slot, and to confirm where your order will be delivered. All shipment tracking information will then be communicated to you by the carrier. (delivery confirmation, delivery delay or delivery problem) by e-mail or SMS.

Please note that this is a “door-to-door” delivery service, and that floor delivery is not included in the standard delivery package (free postage in France) and entails an additional cost. For any special request of this type, please contact us for a quotation. Contact us

DELIVERY IN EUROPE
We have a network of dealers throughout Europe. However, some regions do not have dealers. In this case, we can organize shipment from France to a wide range of countries. Delivery costs are fixed when you validate your basket. Depending on the product ordered (weight and volume), shipment may be by single parcel or pallet.  

Zone 1 : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy. 
Zone 2 : Andorra, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia,

Slovenia, Greece, Finland,Bulgaria, Bosnia, Romania, Serbia, Norway, Ukraine.
Zone 3 & 4 : Other European countries. Switzerland & United Kingdom : Contact us 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have a worldwide network of dealers. However, some regions do not have dealers. In this case, we can organize shipment from France to a wide range of countries. However, for all international shipments, we will need to request a quotation from various carriers in order to find the most economical rate. If you have any questions or would like a quotation, please contact us via our contact form.

INCOMING GOODS INSPECTION 

We strongly recommend that you carry out a full inspection of the goods before confirming receipt. It is your right to allow the delivery person to wait for the time required for verification. In the event of anomaly(ies), there are two possible options: 

- Make a reservation on the delivery note, specifying any damage or defects found, and obtain a copy of the delivery note in question, either digital or hard copy.

- Refuse delivery of the product(s) and ask the carrier to return it to the sender

If we accept delivery of the product without reservation, we will not be able to take action against the carrier in the event of damage. However, the TRIANGLE sales department will be happy to help you find a solution. TRIANGLE HIFI cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during transport of products if no reservation has been made on receipt by the customer.

NB: To guarantee the integrity of the shipment, TRIANGLE HIFI wraps its pallets in black protective film and orange warranty tape bearing the TRIANGLE logo. If you find that the film or tape has been tampered with, we recommend that you immediately make a reservation or refuse the goods. 

NON-DELIVERY DECLARATIONS

If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but that you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim via the contact form. A dispute file will be opened with the carrier company. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

For “pre-order” items, products will be dispatched as soon as they have been restocked from our warehouse. The estimated availability time is displayed on each product sheet. Please note that these supplies are subject to production and international transport factors beyond our control. It is possible that certain availability dates may change according to circumstances.
