The products has been controled, gradued and refurbished in our New York Department understrict process.
1- Physical Control
The technicians check the condition of the packaging, then the product is aesthetically analyzed directly from our offices in the USA.
2- Acoustic diagnostics
Several points need to be checked to establish its general working order (check cabling, loudspeakers, amplifier for active products, etc.) and assess its conformity.
3- Repairing & Refurbishing
If the product requires technical intervention, defective parts are replaced and refurbished. The product is then reconditioned or repaired, before undergoing quality control and being repacked in its original packaging.
